🕯️ THIS SATURDAY | ONE YEAR LATER: THE STATE OF GLOBE

This Saturday, September 26, our community will come together to remember, reflect, recognize, and look ahead.

We invite you to join us at Globe City Hall for an evening created for our community, with support resources, food trucks, remembrance activities, special programming, and a memorial drone show to close the evening.

🤝 COMMUNITY SUPPORT BOOTHS
A number of organizations will be on site to provide resources, information, support, and opportunities to connect, including HOPE: Animal-Assisted Crisis Response, Gila County CAP, Gila County Health & Emergency Management, American Red Cross, International Fellowship of Chaplains, Sara K Foundation, Salvation Army, Pentecostals of Globe, Congressman Eli Crane’s Office & USDA, Love Where You Live, Arizona Southern Baptist Disaster relief, and the Gila County Historical Society will have the Oral Histories Story Recording Station available for anyone to record their stories from that evening.
🐴 Triple T Ranch will also be joining us with miniature pony rides.

🌮 FOOD TRUCKS

🕯️ EVENING PROGRAM
Our evening will include time for reflection and remembrance, recognition of the people and organizations who stepped forward during the September 2025 flooding, and an update on Globe’s recovery and the work still ahead.
✨ 8:00 PM SHARP | MEMORIAL DRONE SHOW
Please plan to be in place before 8:00 PM as the evening concludes with a special Memorial Drone Show - look near G Hill!

The show has been created as a moment of remembrance for those we lost, recognition of all our community has endured, and a symbol of the strength that continues to carry Globe forward.

🕯️ Remembering One Year Later

This month marks one year since the devastating 2025 flood that impacted Globe and our surrounding community.

We pause to remember the lives that were lost, the families and friends forever changed, and all those whose homes, businesses, and lives were affected. We also remember the incredible way our community came together to help one another during such a difficult time.

At the Gila County Historical Museum, we have a special flood exhibit that shares the history of three significant floods that have impacted our community — 1904, 1954, and 2025. Through photographs, stories, and pieces of our local history, the exhibit remembers the past while preserving the story of the most recent flood for future generations.

We invite our community to visit the museum, spend some time with the exhibit, reflect on those we lost, and learn more about the floods that have shaped Globe throughout its history.

One year later, we continue to remember, reflect, and honor. ❤️
