Integrated Digitized Biocollections (iDigBio) is the central resource for the Advancing Digitization of Biodiversity Collections (ADBC) program funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF). iDigBio is a collaborative project between the University of Florida and Florida State University, and is based at the Florida Museum of Natural History in Gainesville. Through ADBC, data and images fo
r millions of biological specimens are being made available in electronic format for the research community, government agencies, students, educators, and the general public. The University of Florida, Florida State University, and Florida Museum of Natural History intend to educate, inform, and provide updated information on iDigBio's activities and to support and promote iDigBio's objectives for these activities through its social media. All iDigBio comments are made by iDigBio designees. This site is not a public forum.
