Leah Fromer’s the “Burg in Bloom” featured artist show for the month of August continues. Here are some other works in the gallery from our 25 local artists.

Art First is located in the Fredericksburg Main Street area at 824 Caroline Street and are open from 11AM to 5PM Thursday through Sunday. We are also across the street from the newly re-opened Goolrick's Pharmacy at 901 Caroline Street.

Leah Fromer is the featured artist at Art First for the month of August. Her show is entitled “The Burg in Bloom”. Her work is stunning and depicts many scenes from around Fredericksburg. Here are a few of her works that are on display.

There will be a reception at Art First for her show on First Friday, August 7th from 6PM to 9PM. Our regular hours at Art First are Thursday through Sunday from 11AM to 5PM. We are located at 824 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Goolrick’s Pharmacy, established in 1869, was having a soft open today. Art First artists Wayne Russell, Patti Durbin and Patricia Giovannoni were able to go over for lunch. Here are pictures of Patricia and Patti at the counter as well as Goolrick’s classic egg salad sandwich and vanilla milkshake.

Goolrick’s is across the street from Art First and Goolrick’s will re-open at 11AM on First Friday, August 7th,

Art First’s regular hours are Thursday through Sunday from 11 AM to 5PM. We will also be open on First Friday from 6PM -9PM.

If you are in the Burg, stop by and visit the historic and iconic Goolrick’s as well as Art First which is located at 824 Caroline Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Art First will also have a painting of Goolrick’s in our gallery for First Friday.
