HONORING OUR FALLEN HEROES 🙏 May God bless those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

➡ Did you know that Memorial Day used to be known as Decoration Day? Originally created in 1868, it was a day to honor the soldiers who died in the Civil War by decorating their graves with flowers. Later, the holiday evolved to honor all American military members who gave their lives in service to our country. On this day we mourn the loss of our heroes but also honor their remembrance for without them, our freedoms would not exist.

WHAT A DAY!! 🤠 Today we had the honor of hosting the 2nd Grade Class from Northview Primary School who spent the day with us at Ghost Town -- They learned about how hard life was back in the old west, panned for gold at the sluice, made soap carvings, met a wild west Sheriff & more!! There were lots of giggles & smiling faces -- We had a ball! What a great way to end the school year 👍
