THIS SUNDAY, MAY 31st ~ Curious about Ayurveda but not sure where to start? This welcoming, hands-on program offers a clear and accessible introduction to this time-honored approach to food and well-being.

Wellness practitioner Michelle Itzkowitz, joined by Highfield’s Culinary Director, Kate Rickard, will explore how simple, seasonal ingredients and everyday spices can support balance, energy, and digestion. You’ll learn the basic principles behind Ayurvedic cooking—often described as the “Science of Life”—and how they translate into practical choices in your own kitchen.

Through live demonstrations, you’ll see how plant-based dishes come together with thoughtful spice blends and fresh, local ingredients. The program concludes with a shared tasting and conversation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and better understand how these ideas can fit into your lifestyle.

No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is needed—just an interest in cooking, wellness, and discovering new flavors. You’ll leave with approachable recipes, foundational knowledge, and simple techniques you can use right away at home.

Register online today or call 508-495-1878 ext. 2.
