Osborn and Rugh Gallery A husband and wife team, Hillary Osborn and Doug Rugh are studio artists who work in oil and create landscapes, still lifes and Rugh also does portraits.

Unlike galleries where the gallerists are middlemen between the artist and the client, artists Hillary Osborn and Doug Rugh enjoy working directly with clients on custom paintings, creating the perfect painting (at just the right size) for the patron.
