The museum commemorates the sport of disc golf in Indiana, historical disc golf events hosted at Lemon Lake, and historical items from players and contributors from around the world. The Lemon Lake Disc Golf Complex is an all inclusive disc golf experience with 5 world championship courses, 15 annual tournaments, will display disc golf memorabilia from around the World and includes, multimedia, pro shop and concessions. We would like to sincerely thank the Morton Grove, IL Historic Society for helping us secure the display cases for the disc golf museum. The cases were no longer being used for their exhibits and will now be put to good use. You're invited April 25th! Sure to be one of our biggest and best events of 2015! Join us for a very special and long awaited PDGA presentation with Executive Director Brian Graham at 9:00 AM CT followed by Basket Case's DGC Vibram Birdie Bash hosted in partnership with Lemon Lake Flight Center. The Indiana State Museum for Disc Golf will be dedicated during the opening announcements at this event. REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 16TH for those interested in playing the Birdie Bash!! The PDGA presentation and museum dedication are both open to the public. Space for the Birdie Bash will be limited and is PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. The Indiana State Museum for Disc Golf is open to the general public with no admission fee. The Museum is located inside The Flight Center at Lemon Lake County Park and open generally 10-6 CST daily (limited Winter hours). Ample parking is available within walking distance to the building entrance and The Flight Center offers hot and cold foods to visitors.
