Due to the weather, and after much consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Memorial Day event in tandem with the town's parade. We were truly looking forward to gathering with everyone and honoring the day together.

We encourage everyone to still take a moment to thank the veterans and service members in your lives, and if possible, please attend the ceremony at Town Hall in support of those who have served and sacrificed for our country.

Thank you for your understanding, keep an eye on our website and here on Facebook for updates on upcoming events like July 11th!

Today we celebrate mothers, grandmothers, stepmothers, chosen mothers, mentors, caregivers, and all those who nurture, guide, and love others with a mother’s heart. We also hold space for those for whom this day is difficult β€” those missing their mothers, longing to become mothers, grieving children, or carrying complicated memories. May today be filled with kindness, remembrance, gratitude, and love in all its forms.

Happy Mother's Day to the moms who help guide our board and volunteer their time to keeping this museum running we couldn't do it without you.
