The event will feature a merchandise display showcasing Iron Island Museum's apparel, literature, and works by Marge Hastreiter, our esteemed museum owner and docent. Additionally, psychic Pam Toole will offer readings in the back library, with 15-minute sessions available for $30.00. A sign-up sheet for readings will be located in the back. 👻 Did a child’s voice respond to our questions at Iron Island Museum? 👻

Iron Island Museum is well known for the EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena) recorded by our staff and guests, and this one is especially interesting!

Our staff decided to leave a digital audio recorder in the coat closet at the end of the hallway, while everyone sat in chairs nearby, close to the front door. We asked if anyone was there with us, and captured what sounds like a child’s voice saying, “She’ll go on a train,” or something very similar.

After recording for a few minutes, we brought the recorder back to listen. When we realized we may have captured a voice, we returned the recorder to the same spot.

That’s when things got even more interesting! You can hear a staff member ask, “Are you going on a train ride?” Then, a voice that sounds like the same child seems to respond, “I’m going on a train!” 😲
