Join professional muralist Jason Craig for Teen Mural Camp!

Participants will help concept, design, and paint an eye-catching mural in Augusta. Campers will meet from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Two, one-week sessions offered. Campers may only register for ONE session. Members, $175; nonmembers, $215 per camper.

📯 FREE admission to ALL military + their families starts NOW thru Sept 6! 📯

The Morris Museum of Art is participating again this year in Blue Star Museums to offer FREE admission to active-duty military personnel, including the National Guard and Reserves, and their families, now through Sunday, September 6. This program is a collaboration among the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense, and more than 2,000 museums participate, including nature centers, zoos, and children’s museums.

Join us in celebrating the exhibition “Seams to Be”, featuring the works of thirteen Georgia artists who are transforming traditional textile crafts—needlework, quilting, beadwork, and weaving—into fine, contemporary art.Hear a brief gallery talk by guest curator Didi Dunphy, followed by a reception in the galleries.

Members Day Trip to Atlanta!
THURSDAY, JUNE 11 🟡 8 A.M.–7 P.M.

Join us for a day trip to the to tour the exhibitions, “Amy Sherald: American Sublime” + “Isamu Noguchi: ‘I am not a designer’” and to the to view “Dior: Crafting Fashion.”

We’ll view approximately fifty of Amy Sherald’s monumental portraits from 2007 to 2024—the first major mid-career retrospective of the acclaimed artist’s two-decade career—and Isamu Noguchi’s first design retrospective in nearly twenty-five years, including almost two hundred objects across furniture, ceramics, architecture, stage sets, and landscape design.

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a group lunch before heading to SCAD FASH to view “Dior: Crafting Fashion”, an immersive exhibition of nearly one-hundred haute couture pieces, toiles, and original sketches.

The trip includes admission to museums + exhibitions, transportation, lunch, and snacks. Members only, $125.
