Did you know that our entire cocktail program at Periscope is batched and served on draft or in the case of our martinis, bottled and a frozen?
Oh and every cocktail is $12 not a $15 drink in sight.
We are continually working to refine our techniques to create a draft cocktail that rivals the best hand made drinks. After all someone shaking a drink doesn’t inherently make it great and a lot of bars are using less than stellar booze and turning around and charging $15 a drink.
Pictured here are two drink formats that make a clear case for how great batched cocktails can be: Spritzes and Highballs. Both highlighting how draft techniques can create a higher level of carbonation than traditionally “built” drinks.
Oh and they’re hella fast to serve. So no waiting 20 minutes for your drink.
