We have looked at breeds which come ONLY in the spotted pattern, but many other breeds also have the spotted pattern as one of their recognized patterns. These include (but are not limited to): Oriental, Exotic, Ragamuffin, Amercian Curl, Cornish Rex, and Scottish Fold. If you look closely and connect the dots, you'll often find that they form a broken mackerel or classic tabby pattern.

Although the rosetted pattern of the Bengal is the most recognizable pattern, it also comes in a spotted pattern (as well as charcoal and marble). Originally a cross between the Asian Leopard Cat and the domestic cat, CFA requires that all Bengals be at least five generations away from the ALC.
