A commercial space for this week's Transformation Tuesday. The new location for First Command's Albuquerque office was in the process of being dismantled when we first encountered the space. The existing reception desk was not in good shape and had several elements that had been damaged and badly worn in addition to it having a dated appearance. We custom fabricated a new reception desk to coordinate with the wood finish on the existing doors and added a black granite countertop. New custom small planter walls were designed and built to define the space. Existing chairs were reupholstered, Air Force emblems were reproduced and enlarged, mounted on metal, with a new sign and logo at the main point of arrival.
