3017 Gallery is now accepting submissions for Cultural Roots — a contemporary group exhibition exploring heritage, memory, identity, tradition, and the places that shape us.

We’re looking for work in all mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, installation, printmaking, digital media, and more.

🖼️ Open to contemporary interpretations of culture, family, community, migration, ritual, and belonging.

Rendered Realities | May Exhibition at 3017 Gallery

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Rendered Realities at Artisan ABQ, and to our incredibly talented artists whose work brought the space to life. The evening was vibrant and electric, with art, sound, and community converging in a truly immersive experience.
From 4:30–7 PM, L’ After Hours opened the doors to a new perspective on digital and new media works—pieces that invited curiosity, challenged expectations, and sparked conversations about the evolving relationship between technology, imagination, and artistic expression.
A special thank you to Alex Robnett for filling the room with beautiful violin music that added so much warmth and atmosphere to the evening. We’d also like to thank all of our wonderful vendors for being part of the night and helping create such a lively and welcoming experience for everyone who attended.
The energy throughout the night made the gallery feel truly alive. For those who couldn’t attend, the exhibition will remain on view through June 9th, and we hope you’ll stop in to experience it for yourself.

Tonight, 3017 Gallery moved to the sound of strings. ✨

As guests wandered through Rendered Realities, the violin performance by Alex Robnett drifted through the gallery like part of the exhibition itself, cinematic, haunting, and impossibly beautiful. Every note seemed to wrap itself around the photography and new media works, turning the evening into something immersive and deeply felt.

There are nights where art simply hangs on walls, and then there are nights where it breathes through the room. Tonight was the latter.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening filled with layered visuals, live sound, meaningful conversation, and the kind of creative energy that reminds us why community art spaces matter so deeply. 🖤
