To close out Negroni Week, here’s our take on the original. The Red Light Negroni is built with old genever instead of gin. Same bitter-sweet balance you know, with a distinctly Dutch character.

30 ml Old Genever
30 ml Galliano L’Aperitivo
30 ml Sweet Vermouth

Stir over ice, garnish with an orange peel and make it your own.

That’s a wrap on Negroni Week 🥂 Thank you for celebrating with us.
