A special thank you to everyone who joined us for Materia e Visione, a project born from the collaboration between Galleria Russo and , where art, science and care came together for a shared purpose.

The initiative supports the Neonatology Unit of Policlinico Gemelli, contributing to the acquisition of a high-fidelity neonatal simulator to enhance training and support the most delicate moments of newborn care.

Thank you to Prof. Giovanni Vento, Prof. Luca Padua, Prof. Paolo Calabresi, Prof. Daniele Franco, President of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. 🤍 • Galleria Russo and Policlinico Gemelli: Art. Research. Care.

Materia e Visione brings together art, scientific research and social commitment in support of the Neonatology Unit at Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS.

On this occasion, Professor Paolo Calabresi, Director of Neurology at Fondazione Policlinico Gemelli, and Professor Luca Padua, of the Italian Ministry of Health, present their artworks in a dialogue between scientific expertise and artistic expression.

Photography, sculpture and painting become part of a shared reflection on care, research and human connection, helping raise funds for an innovative neonatal simulation system dedicated to advanced clinical training.

Galleria Russo presents a solo exhibition by Tommaso Ottieri, unfolding between cities, interiors and suspended landscapes.

Light and shadow reshape everyday perception into a quiet, poetic vision.

Inspired by Dostoevskij’s White Nights and its “dreamer” figure, the artist explores the threshold between memory, imagination and experience.
