🎄 We’re hiring: Christmas Cast Members!

Help us bring the magic of Christmas to life at World of Wedgwood this festive season. ✨

We’re looking for enthusiastic performers to join our Christmas cast, bringing characters to life across our Breakfast with Santa, Storytime with Santa and other festive experiences.

We’re looking for people with:
🎭 Acting or performance experience
✨ A passion for immersive theatre and character work
🎄 Genuine enthusiasm for Christmas
🤝 A team-player attitude
💫 Confidence with improvisation and audience interaction

Fixed Term Contract | 14 November – 24 December 2026

📍 World of Wedgwood, Barlaston, Stoke-on-Trent

A self-tape will be required as part of the application process, with guidance provided.

📣 We’re hiring!

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Wedgwood Interactor to join the team at World of Wedgwood.

You’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests, including supporting our Factory and Museum Tours, welcoming guests and delivering exceptional customer service.

✨ Part-time | 20 hours over 4 days.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential – we’re looking for someone with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
