A splash of colour and vibrancy is on display at our gallery by way of the very talented Marissa Weatherhead. Marissa’s colourful paintings are influenced by artists such as Braque, Picasso and Matisse. She brings together an array of delights in her paintings; flowers, seafood, fruit and glasses of wine are colourfully painted to create a visual feast bathed with texture and colour!

Marissa has achieved great success with numerous awards and exhibitions including residency at Sa Taronja Andratx Mallorca 2016, Joya AiR Spain 2017, Arte Studio Ginestrelle Italy 2017 and Hannacc Can Borni Spain 2018. Commission painting “The Four Seasons” for the Guildhall School of Music and Drama at the Barbican, London and exhibitions across the world including New York, London, Barcelona, Basel, Venice and Madrid.

Lots of new artworks have been arriving at the gallery these past few weeks including a stunning new collection by wildlife artist Michael Demain.

This wonderful Elephant work titled (‘Familia Ya Tempo’ which means ‘Elephant Family’ in Swahili) is exceptional, incredible attention to detail and is one of the standout works Michael has created.
