Mansfield Fire Museum Mansfield Fire Museum has one of the largest collections of fire service memorabilia in the Country

A museum based in Mansfield Nottinghamshire dedicated to the history of the Fire Service. Mansfield Fire Museum is located in the former Nottinghamshire Fire Brigade Training School which is at the rear of Mansfield Fire Station

Mansfield Fire Museum is owned and operated by Mansfield Fire Station Preservation Society Trust supported by Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service . The Trust was set

up in 2013 with the following aim and objective :

To advance the education of the public in the history of the fire fighting through the provision of a museum and supporting information. The Museum is open to the Public by appointment ONLY Please give the Museum TWO days notice, because the Museum is run by Volunteers

Admission is free but a donation would be appreciated.

It was a pleasure to host Steve Yemm MP with his Grandchildren around Mansfield Fire Museum and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service Mansfield Fire Station last week.

He also met Fire Dog Ginny and handler Dave Coss at the station and saw Mansfield White Watch turn out on another fire call to a Fire in the Openโ€ฆโ€ฆ

Retired Sub O from Stn13 Tuxford who served for Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service Tuxford Fire Station
on-call for 37 years.
