p off at The Engine House, our Visitor Centre at Highley, to discover our reserve collection of steam locomotives, themed exhibitions, and well stocked gift shop and restaurant, as well as an outdoor play area. Be welcomed by our dedicated team of volunteers at our delightful country stations at Arley, Highley and Hampton Loade which are well worth a visit. A train ride not enough? Then how about a Footplate Experience where you can drive a steam train, Dining Experiences, Special Events and lots more...

We try and make sure we're available to respond to your comments and queries between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday and sometimes we'll check in at the weekend.

Yesterday saw a historic day for the SVR, as the Severn Valley Railway Society Limited was formally launched. 🙂

The change represents a major milestone in the railway’s ambitious One Railway project, a long-term programme designed to create a more resilient, transparent and efficient organisational structure that is better suited to today’s operating and regulatory environment while safeguarding the railway’s future.
