A century-old cartoon just got a new artist!

Since 1918, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! has brought unbelievable facts to life one panel at a time. Now, illustrator Howie Noel is picking up the pen as the ninth cartoonist to draw the iconic syndicated feature.
