Summer Internship Opportunity for Young Ocean Enthusiasts!
Are you 14–18 years old, living on Curaçao, and passionate about the ocean?
Join REACT and explore our island’s reefs this summer!
We’re looking for motivated youth to join the team. Whether you're already a diver or simply love being in the water, this is your chance to learn, grow, and actively contribute to reef enhancement activities.
🪸 What you’ll do:
• Learn how to scuba dive (you will get your open water certification) and support reef work underwater
• Learn all about coral reefs and reef enhancement
• Assist in active reef enhancement activities with different organizations on the island
• Work alongside several scientists, several NGOs, and conservationists
• Be part of a fun, hands-on, supportive team
📅 Details:
• Ages: 14–18
• Internship period: approximately July 13 – August 7
• Commitment: approximately 2–3 half-days per week
• Final schedule will be shared later and can be flexible
• Internship costs are covered, including dive training, gear, and materials

: This is a supervised, hands-on opportunity for young people to learn about marine conservation, gain diving experience, and contribute to protecting Curaçao’s reefs. We’re happy to answer any questions!
