A new exhibit at the Central BC Railway and Forestry Museum is open for the first time TODAY!

Path to Sustainability explores the history, evolution, and future of forestry in Prince George and across Northern British Columbia. Drawing on the Museum's collections, photographs, artifacts, and research, the exhibit connects forest industry heritage with the growing importance of sustainability, stewardship, innovation, and community understanding.

The Railway and Forestry Museum is open from 11 am to 4 pm daily.

The Fort St. James National Historic site is lovingly restored to how it stood in 1896. The trading post ran for 146 years, and was the second trading post built in all of British Columbia. This fish cache is just one small part of that history!
