Join us from 2–7 PM Friday thru Sunday as we host a wonderful collection of magical and mystical vendors.

Meet mediums, artists and artisans, authors, and makers of gems, candles, small-batch remedies, soaps, jewellery, and blacksmith-forged creations. Explore Reiki, readings, and so much more!

There’s something new to discover every day! Our vendor lineup changes throughout the weekend!

Join us at 4 PM on Friday in the Heritage Church for a special screening of Spirit Seekers! This Season 2 episode was filmed right here at the Parksville Museum earlier this year and features Paula deMontigny, film producer, writer, and Métis medium.

Did Paula discover anything unusual during her visit to the Museum? There’s only one way to find out—come watch and see for yourself!

On Saturday for our first-ever Creepy Coastal Tales Storywalk! Every half hour from 5–7 PM, local island authors will bring their eerie stories to life with dramatic readings from The Kindread Coast (Black Cat Books, 2025), a BC-based anthology of horror and dark fantasy.

Explore our Halloween-themed craft stations and embark on a special scavenger hunt around the Museum grounds. There’s fun for little ghouls and goblins, as well as grown-ups who are young at heart!

Costumes are highly encouraged, so come dressed in your Halloween best and join us for a day of festive fun!

Gratitude to 100 Women Who Care Oceanside for supporting local history at the Parksville Museum 🙌we are thrilled to be one of the recipients of tonight's meeting. Congratulations to our fellow recipient, St. Stephen's Community Meals.

We are SO EXCITED about this brand new October event! The Mystic Market runs this Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 7pm daily. Admission by donation.

We have **amazing vendors** on site, and the lineup changes daily. We also have what.the.funnel food truck all three days🤩

Rest In Peace original Red Seesaw.

Last night, after hours, some adults took one last ride on our old seesaw. ❤️ Sadly, they were the last of thousands of people who have enjoyed a ride on it over the years.

**Now, we’re hoping someone in our community can help give it a second life!** 🛠️

If there’s a handy person out there who’d like to be a hero for the kids and help rebuild our seesaw, we would be SO grateful! The good news is that all the metal components are still in great shape. We just need the wood and someone to put it all together — and we even have the paint ready to go! 🎨
