Art,Culture and Culinary Tours to Italy returns to Tuscany this November. Our home base is Florence, but day trips to Rome, Bologna, Fiesole, Lucca and Montespertoli are options). I’ll be your daily personal tour guide to art shows/galleries, local events like figure drawing, iconic historic sites , art stores/shopping, markets and culinary adventures. I’ll also be your instructor to paint in watercolor on location in the streets of Florence ( weather permitting), and we’ll also take two other art workshops with local artists/artisans which may include Florentine paper marbling, jewelry making, ceramics and mixed media. This is a very special boutique/curated small group experience the average visitor to Tuscany never experiences because I have lived and studied art in Florence and my artist friends/colleagues will be your Italian instructors. This is the land of my ancestors, and my true home. Accommodation can be included or you can arrange your own ( flights /ground transportation /meals are not included ). Your itinerary is completely worry-free, all you have to decide is what wine you’re having with dinner or what flavour of gelato you want! Flexible stays of 7 to 12 days.
