Eldey Originals Originals (By Marlaina Eldey)
Art, in various mediums. Commissions available! I always work within my client's price ranges, and negotiation is not an issue.

When I am not creating my own art pieces, I love doing commissions, and have built up quite a client list. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have! I hope my art pleases, inspires, and defines you. Sincerely,

Marlaina Eldey.

Did you see my video from yesterday? If you didn't, go find it! Lol it explains everything.

In short, I announced that I designed both a CD and vinyl record sleeve for the newest release by Sawbones!

Dream come true. I have wanted to design an album cover for AGES now, and I finally got to do that!

Also, Sawbones will be releasing the album for purchase at their album release/Halloween party on October 31st! Bailey Theatre, Camrose. I'll provide a ticket link below.

Come see me, come see the band, and come see the album art!

Self promotion/Promoting my humans! Lol.

I made this poster for Sawbones (I didn't THINK I used anything A.I but apparently Facebook says that I may have, lol). They play at The Bailey Theatre October 31st for their Halloween Album Release Party!

I will be there, in costume, ready to dance! Come hang out!

This is Wiley! Wiley was a memorial commission I finished last Sunday for a client's friend.

It's always an honor to paint or sketch memorial pet commissions. I learn about them while I work, but in a way that's different from actually meeting them. I learn how their hair parts. I learn the color of their eyes. I see their fur textures and patterns. I see where they had whiskers growing on their muzzle and eyebrows. I see their personalities through the reference photos I work from, and that is extra special.

But most importantly? I see that they were, and still are, loved.

I realized yesterday that I have never given you guys an update on what I did with my graphic design degree I got back in 2023!

Was it worth it to get? Yes, yes it was!

Am I using it? Every day while at work.

I create graphics for pretty much every aspect of the company I work for, from social media posts to physical materials!

I love that I get to utilize creativity both at work and when I am home doing Eldey Original things. I am very appreciative and very, very grateful. ♡

'Tis the season, and I am experimenting with creating new Christmas ornaments! It has been really fun and I wanted to show you some of what I have made so far.

I will still have traditional round ones AND gift card tags/ornaments as well! Who knows, there may even be more kraken ball ornaments too. 😁
