A diverse group of artists (aged 50+) who paint or draw in and around Coquitlam BC. Attached to Dogwood Pavilion, we work in a variety of mediums. Our main in-person sessions:
Wednesday afternoons at Dogwood Pavilion
(usually 12:30 - 3:30)

Plus there is a Wednesday morning "Drop In and Paint" activity at Dogwood.
$1 drop-in fee payable to club. (Membership with Dogwood Pavilion is also required, ages 50+)

“Autumn Reflections” by Eileen Harder, Associate Member at the Coquitlam Art Club is showing in the West Wing gallery in the Dogwood Pavilion. Other artwork by members of the club are also on display. Come take a look!

Jacqueline Goring is just getting back into painting again at the Coquitlam Art Club. Using, with permission, a reference photo taken by Doug Ragan, she is painting a lilac breasted roller, an interesting colourful bird from Africa!

“Bull fight,” another beautiful painting-by Alvin Lee at the Coquitlam Art Club this week. More of Alvin’s work can be see at the Chinatown Storytelling Centre in downtown Vancouver.

It was pouring rain and sleet outside today but the Coquitlam Art Club had our first meeting of the year at Dogwood Pavilion. Simone Sullivan is picturing a less rainy scene with her artwork. Beautiful warm lighting fills her picture reminding us of warmer brighter days.

Thank you to all who came to join us at the Coquitlam Art Show this past weekend! We appreciate your support and interest in our artwork. We also enjoyed watching the little ones and others trying out their artistic creativity too! We hope to see you again at our next show in June 2026!
