Sivarulrasa Gallery is a contemporary art gallery representing emerging and established artists from across Canada. Launched in 2014 from a regional base in the National Capital Region, the Gallery now serves a clientele across Canada, the United States, and beyond. The bright, inviting gallery space combines historical elements, such as the original tin ceiling, with contemporary flourishes and w

elcoming staff. The Gallery presents curated exhibitions, in Gallery I and Gallery II, showcasing works in a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, and photographic works.

Final two weeks to see NOREEN YOUNG: DRAWINGS & ILLUSTRATIONS - this beautiful show continues in our Gallery II until Sept 4!

This exhibition of early works on paper by the late artist Noreen Young (b. 1939, Ottawa, Ontario; d. 2025) is in support of the Noreen Young Award for the Arts.

SATURDAY AUG 1, 2pm-4pm - join us in Almonte for the Vernissage/Artists Reception for two new exhibitions! Newfoundland-based artist Michael Pittman and Ontario-based artist Barbara Gamble will be in attendance for the opening of their shows.

New show installed and open for previews! BARBARA GAMBLE: ENCHANTMENT will run in Gallery III, featuring 8 works in oil and wax by Ottawa-based artist Barbara Gamble.

Barbara Gamble's oil painting process involves the multi-layering of coloured waxes to create luminous surfaces. The resulting dimensional surfaces enhance the light and contrast found in nature. New show installed! Sivarulrasa Gallery is delighted to partner with our friends at Puppets Up to present NOREEN YOUNG: DRAWINGS AND ILLUSTRATIONS, an exhibition of early works on paper by the late artist Noreen Young (b. 1939, Ottawa, Ontario; d. 2025). The show will run Aug 1 to Sept 4, with Opening Reception on Sunday Aug 2, 3pm-5pm! The show will complement the 2026 Puppets Up! festival, which takes place August 8-9 in Almonte, Ontario.

Wendy Robertson’s work is inspired by the natural environment and her intimate observations of nature.
