Life offers many reasons to celebrate, cake simply makes them sweeter.

Over the past year Annea Lyvv Dreisz painted a cake every single day. These daily paintings now come together in Cake Every Day, our first exhibition of the new season in Brussels.

Join us for a preview on Sunday, 6 September, followed by the official opening during RendezVous - Brussels Art Week .

And since every celebration calls for something special, Annea Lyvv Dreisz presents Empire of Light II: an evolving, participatory artwork that will unfold throughout the exhibition and be activated daily during Rendez-Vous.

As September approaches, we’re excited to begin a new chapter with the opening of our new gallery in Antwerp.

To mark the occasion, we are proud to present Double Trouble, a solo exhibition by Albert Pepermans , opening on Saturday, 5 September.

Alongside the exhibition, an edition of seven multiples will be unveiled. Like the paintings themselves, they are born from the same idea, yet no two are exactly alike.

Schönfeld Gallery is pleased to invite you to the annual Open Studio Days of in Kortenberg.
For more than fifty years, Pepermans has been painting, drawing, and documenting his world. During this weekend, visitors are welcomed into his studio for a rare glimpse behind the scenes.

Over the years, one question has returned time and again:
“What is hidden inside those large storage crates?”

This year, we will reveal part of the answer.
👉 On both Saturday and Sunday at 3 pm, one of the crates will be opened, bringing a selection of works back into the daylight.

Join us for an afternoon of art, conversation, a drink, and hopefully plenty of sunshine.

💥Only two weeks left to visit Bend Sinister in Brussels💥

For the first time in Belgium, presents not only sculptures and drawings, but also a selection of recent paintings.

Paloma draws from the symbols, memories and contradictions of his personal world to create a visual language that reflects on politics, human behaviour and contemporary society. His works move freely between abstraction and figuration, where cities, bodies, animals and signs merge into expressive, often turbulent compositions.

Art historian and critic Larissa Kikol describes his work as a form of visual riot: a gestural and material chaos where countless signs collide and transform.

With earthy tones, bold forms and a raw, almost primal energy, Paloma’s paintings invite us to navigate the complexity of the world around us.
