EXHIBITIONS CLOSING THIS SUNDAY

It's your last chance to experience two beautiful exhibitions before they close this Sunday: '2026 Braemar Gallery Volunteers Exhibition' and 'Selected Visual and Cultural Arts Student Works from TAFE NSW'.

We are open all weekend from 10 am to 4 pm thanks to our amazing team of volunteers and exhibiting artists!

For your diary: three wonderful new exhibitions will open on Thursday 3rd September (with the official celebration event on Saturday 5 September at 2pm, no RSVP required)

HERITAGE FEATURES

With all of the wonderful art on display, it is easy to miss the beautiful heritage features at Braemar House. From stained glass windows to original paint colours, fire place tiles to restored cornices, there is plenty to explore during your next visit.

Thanks to our wonderful volunteer team, the gallery is open weekly from Thursday - Sunday, 10 am - 4 pm.

2026 Braemar Gallery Volunteers Exhibition

The annual Braemar Gallery Volunteer Exhibition is a wonderful opportunity for our dedicated volunteer team to showcase their artistic talents. The exhibition is a celebration of their invaluable role at the gallery and within the cultural community. As you can see, volunteers are working across wide range of mediums.

Congratulations to everyone involved and we extend our gratitude again to all the individuals who volunteer and keep Braemar Gallery open.

ON EXHIBITION

Selected Visual & Cultural Arts students from TAFE NSW – Katoomba

This exhibition celebrates and encourages Certificate III Visual Arts and Certificate II & III Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Cultural arts students from the Katoomba campus of TAFE NSW. As you can see from the images, students are working across a diverse cross-section of artforms and mediums.

The student works were selected by the Braemar Gallery Committee based on the student’s exhibition body of work to showcase the emerging talent produced by these students.
