Episode Six: The Pearly Conspiracy…

After weeks of silence, a secret dispatch has finally arrived from the Three Queens of Queenscliff.

Their mission to distant lands was to investigate whispers of a Royal coup.

And, dear loyal subjects, THE PLOT HAS THICKENED! 👀

Whilst travelling through the Kingdom of Old Blighty, our Queens uncovered a brazen band of would-be usurpers calling themselves THE PEARLYS!

So confident were these conspirators that they were openly advertising their intended titles upon their jackets!

The audacity!

Our Three Queens were aghast. Had these pretenders never heard of King Allan of Queenscliff?

Suffice to say, the Queens took matters into their own hands.

With two footy teams and one netball team heading into Grand Finals this Saturday, The Royal is proudly dressed in Coutas colours to celebrate an incredible achievement for the Queenscliff Football & Netball Club.

But if you wander past The Royal on Saturday afternoon and notice the decorations have suddenly disappeared… there’s no need to sound the alarm! 🚨

We have a beautiful local couple getting married at The Royal, and for a brief moment the red, white and blue will make way for their wedding photos. 💍🥂

Then, once the photos are done, the Coutas colours are going straight back up — ready to welcome home what we’re hoping will be THREE shiny new flags! 🏆🏆🏆

One big Saturday.
