“Inspired by Van Gogh”
The forthcoming 2026/27 Queenscliff Art Prize exhibition will include a unique additional gallery devoted to works that have been inspired by the famous Dutch post impressionist painter Vincent Van Gogh.
All entrants that participate in the 2026/27 Queenscliff Art Prize are invited to exhibit an additional work that has been “inspired by Van Gogh. We are very pleased to offer this opportunity to exhibit these work on the Queenscliff Pier and the Sth Melbourne at no additional cost.
The “inspired by Van Gogh” gallery will attract considerable attention and further media coverage thereby benefiting all of the artists & photographers that participate in the 2026/27 exhibitions.
The QAP exhibition is open to all Australian Artists and creatives and we look forward to seeing many unique submissions.

Great Quotes
A unique addition to the 2026 Queenscliff Art Prize exhibition was the addition of a famous quote to some of the memorable images that have been featured on the Queenscliff Pier in the past. The 2026 exhibition will be installed on the Kerferd Rd Pier from the 1st of October and will conclude at the end of March 2027.

The 2026 Queenscliff Art Exhibition has now concluded on the Q pier and we would like to showcase the many highly creative works that depict our wonderful coastline, that serves as inspiration for so many artists and photographers. The Queenscliff Art Prize will once again return to the Queenscliff pier in December of this year and run through until the end of April 2027.
Once again we congratulate all of the creative and talented artisans that participate in this unique event.
