Hey Friends,

I really need your help. One of the last Coworking Jewellery Workshops, CLAW Creative need more jewellers.

We have dropped out prices to $250 a month for a desk, $500 a month for a studio. Outgoings on top.

We have many studios and desks available.

If we don't fill them before the 17th we may have to close up Fitzroy, we didn't get funding from the council or government with this for profit business.

Due to cost of living issues and the rising rent many have opted to leave. Which is understandable.

But we will still be opening the offices and the wellness space. These will be bought with SMSF and loans which we can afford with government grants and rebates for being a NDIS provider.

If you can please come support us this month and help us through this tough time we hope to be there for student and trades jewellers into the future.

Going 14 years strong, here's to 14 more.

I just finished an exciting call with VentureX, CLAW Creative is going global as a premium artist coworking space and affordable spaces for communities in Australia.

I'll obtain a master license and you can come to me to become a franchisee.

They will give you training and support and ongoing support, handle all the website, CRM, security, equipment, and they become stewards of the brands they represent.

I am excited about this partnership and they will be taking me on a tour of VentureX San Diego when I arrive in the USA.

Yutani Asset Pty Ltd is a Unit Trust holder.

A unit trust is an investment structure that allows investors to pool their money together in one pot. This means instead of each investor having to buy the assets they want individually, like a property or shares, they can buy them together.

So when you buy an asset for the company trust holds it, and as the loan is paid off you eventually own the asset.

So my friends, once I have the proper franchise prospectus don't be alarmed when I ask you to quit your own job and come work for me on your dream job.

It's not a scam, I am trying to help artists share a space cause it is cheaper than going it alone. It's more sustainable and has a smaller environmental footprint and it allows us to use each other's talents to the best of our abilities together.

Yutani is no longer just for the small community, it's for the world.

We'll be getting a space in LA soon!

Since Simon doesn't want to go I have invited my friend Kain, he's a tattoo artist and skate boarder. He will love LA, he's never been.

We are gonna tear it up, watch out 😘

I'll be visiting VentureX, spoke to one of their people in Sydney and they're looking to open a space everywhere in the world. That's where we will be too!

I have a few projects in the works with robotics companies, space research lab and addressing the housing problem.

And all in 2 weeks. Today I spoke to the council who have directed me to the right people and I have been reaching out to existing services.

Unsurprisingly nearly every man has turned down or nay sayed my approach and quickly dropped any inkling of helping.

As for the ones who listened and are staying, it's going to be a wild ride and I am glad to take you with me.

Cameron Irkin my collaborator will be meeting with the PM soon to talk about his Fusion Propulsion Drive Research and I'll be doing research and development with robot dogs for search and rescue with topographical mapping with lidar and prospecting with soil analysis.

Today I met women who saw me, believed me and wanted to help me.

I no longer feel alone and abandoned.

Don't worry my friends, help is coming. We estimate our settlement on the Studley St Building in Abbotsford will be prepared to open once our finances are in place.
