HG TALK: Jimmi Buscombe in Conversation

Join Jimmi Buscombe at Hamilton Gallery for a conversation exploring the themes that have shaped a lifetime of artmaking.

What began as a temporary chalk drawing marked a turning point in Jimmi’s career, opening the way to major commissions, exhibitions and an ever-evolving artistic practice.

IN OUR CARE: A Friend's of Hamilton Gallery Exhibition
OPENS THIS SATURDAY 26 SEPTEMBER!

We can't wait to welcome you through the doors to this very special exhibition that puts our shared history with the Friends of Hamilton Gallery firmly in the spotlight.

In Our Care is a collective showcase of what we treasure: family histories, friendships, creativity, and shared lives. Hamilton Gallery invited the Friends of the Gallery to choose a single object to share. To choose one thing is also to ask what we value, what we remember, and what we hope to pass on.

Alongside this are works from the Gallery’s collection, acquired through the generosity and dedication of the Friends. Together, they tell the story of a community that has cared not only for its own treasured possessions, but for the Gallery itself.

Exhibition Dates: 26 September - 15 November 2026
