Start your Glenrowan experience at Kellyland and immerse yourself in the story of Ned Kelly’s Last Stand brought to life, through our museum and animatronic reenactment.

Then, with the story fresh in mind, head out on the Glenrowan Siege Walk with one of our maps.

Visit key locations including the site of Ann Jones’ Inn, the historic railway platform and where Ned Kelly made his last stand.

It’s a great way to connect the story of the 1880 siege with the actual locations where the events took place.

INTRODUCING OUR TEAM: Adrian Younger.

Our team just moved up another notch!

Adrian is a sixth generation north east Victorian.

Born and raised in Greta, he is a keen local historian well-known for his knowledge of local and Kelly history.

His love of bush craft and history has seen him spend many hours both solo and leading groups through various trails and secluded bush areas. He has been visiting and camping at Stringybark Creek since he was a teenager.

His many years spent in the Army Reserve have provided him with knowledge, skills and experience that informs his research in the field. He is well versed in areas of geography and bush craft and has a wide knowledge of colonial and modern fi****ms.

During his time in military service he qualified at Skill of Marksmanship, obtaining his crossed rifle qualification. Adrian continues to work within the community and is on a number of several local committees including those of the Greta Hansonville Hall, Greta Cemetery Trust, Greta Sporting Complex and he is also Captain of the Greta CFA.

Adrian continues his interest in military history, in particular the Australian Light Horse and he is President of the 8/13th Victorian Mounted Rifles Association.

We are thrilled to welcome Noeleen on board.

A highly sought-after and widely respected speaker, Noeleen is well known for her expertise, combining warmth, authenticity, and an engaging, approachable style to create an immediate and genuine connection with audiences. A compelling communicator, she delivers insightful presentations that inform, inspire, and leave a lasting impression.

Noeleen has presented extensively on the Kelly Outbreak and the Earl Grey Irish Famine Orphan story to audiences both locally and in Ireland. Her presentations have been delivered to historical societies, schools, community organisations, and at major events, including the annual Corowa Federation Tim Fischer Oration.

Whether speaking to school children, community groups, or conference audiences, Noeleen has a remarkable ability to make history accessible, thought-provoking, and relevant, bringing Australia’s colonial past vividly to life through meticulous research and engaging storytelling.
