Tiny birds. Small paintings. Big personalities.
Impeccably dressed, and not a care in the world.
Honestly, some of us just weren’t born with this much colour. 🎨🐦

So very gorgeous Mellissa Read-Devine

This week I had the pleasure of spending a day with my two gorgeous grandsons 🌻🌻 We had a clay day making monsters and Peelys 🍌

Forming shapes, rolling, squeezing, and colouring the clay … calming, creative and grounding. Loved every minute

I was interested in bringing together paintings that share this underlying sense of freshness and optimism without requiring them to illustrate a particular idea. The result is deliberately eclectic. There are bold and colourful works alongside quieter, more contemplative paintings; highly considered still lifes sit comfortably beside expressive landscapes and more playful contemporary interpretations of the world around us. Love this one 🩷
