From the Vault ~ Reserved: A bite-sized look at our food culture.

Although it’s a myth that Australia is the only country to eat its national emblem, it is true that we eat both of the animals on our coat of Arms. Kangaroo Tail soup was served at a civic dinner celebrating the proclamation of Dubbo as a city in 1966. Check out our latest exhibition highlighting a unique collection of menus from across Dubbo history on display until 7 March 2027.

DUBBO ART FAIR ~ Day 1

Dubbo Art Fair is here!! Join us for Day 1 of Dubbo Art Fair.

Over 30 regional artists are in the gallery today and tomorrow showcasing and selling their original artworks. Make sure to come on down, bring along your family and friends and enjoy a weekend full of art. The perfect opportunity to purchase gifts for Christmas or purchase something for yourself. There is something for everyone!

We are open from 9am to 4pm, free entry.

Join us tonight for the Official Opening of Dubbo Art Fair 2026!

Celebrate the iconic art fair with over 30 regional artists who will be showcasing and selling their work over the DAF weekend. Get early access to your favourite works and connect with local artists.

Speeches commence from 6pm sharp.
