COMING SOON to an exhibition by artist

The pensive Beauty of Absence

In this exhibition Beata tells the story of time, of memory, and of identity through the language of cemeteries. She reflects on the serenity and beauty of the place where the natural world gradually envelops and embraces human memory. Through her photography and photogravures she captures the contemplative atmosphere of cemeteries where time slows and becomes suspended in stone.

‘You Are Here’ is an invitation to pause, take a breath, and let the landscape unfold slowly.

In this solo exhibition, Catherine Ann presents a beautiful series of atmospheric oil paintings inspired by quiet Australian moments that have caught her eye and given pause — summer sunsets on beaches, shadows across dirt tracks, soft light falling through secluded streams, and the bright happiness of canola fields in bloom.

Built gradually through delicate layers of tone and light, each work invites reflection, stillness, and a deeper connection to place. A Canberra native, Catherine draws on memory, landscape, and the quiet beauty of country spaces to create paintings that encourage us to slow down and simply be present. ✨

A lovely night celebrating a grand dame’s lifelong creative journey. Barbara O’Ryan, now 93 years old, has painted and drawn for most of her life. Over the decades she has explored many different styles — from abstract prints and etching to lino cuts, woodblock printing and painting.

‘Barbara O’Ryan: Collected Works’ is an eclectic mix spanning all of her creative eras. If mid-century art styles are your vibe, please pop in over the next 6 days and take a look at this beautiful exhibition.
