It's that time of year again! The gallery is closed on Friday for the Maleny Show Day public holiday.

We reopen as usual the following day, Saturday 30 May, from 10am. Come on in and see our latest exhibition, and let the kids enjoy the free art activity in our Artroom. Lot's to see and do at the Sunshine Coast's Regional Gallery.

On now at the Sunshine Coast’s Regional Gallery in the heart of Caloundra.

How Soon Is Now? The work of Bruce Reynolds is a stand out exhibition for the region. As one of Queenslands leading artists we are so proud to have his work grace our gallery. From two-dimensional collaged linoleum to exquisite plaster cast reliefs the work simply wows the audiences. Already receiving amazing feedback from visitors it has also become a staff favourite of many exhibitions we have shown over the years. You don’t want to miss this one. It’s on until June 28 and the gallery is open from 10am each day bar Mondays and public holidays. Come in and let us know what you think.

With our new exhibition at the gallery we also have a new pop up artisan on display. The work of local ceramicist Rowley Drysdale is proudly sitting on display. Stunning structured form juxtapositioned by some abstract work make this display something to really explore. The best part though - it’s all for sale.

The work is a true complement to the exhibition by Bruce Reynolds and together they really make the gallery stand out. If you haven’t been in yet then make a beeline to Caloundra between now and 28 June.
