Alexander Sinton Secondary School - Muslim Prayer Room.

As part of the 75yr celebration of the school, we've been working with the students to create this artwork in the Muslim Prayer Room. It's an honor and a pleasure to be working with the students to achieve this artwork. Alhamdulillah it's coming along nicely. 🙂

I recently had the honor of refurbishing one of my Dad's older artworks,. It was done back in 2000. The artwork was originally done for the entrance of a fabric store in Parow Cape Town. The business has expanded significantly since and the artwork has now moved to the new entrance. May it inspire Allah consciousness and barakah to all those who walk thru the doors Insha-Allah.

"Verse of the Throne" - Regarded as the best verse in the Quran. It describes, in simple language, Who Allah is and His relationship to His creation. It's embedded into the second chapter of the Quran (2:55). The Verse possesses a linguistic miracle that amazes experts in language. It has a symmetry embedded into the structure of meaning and yet still aligns perfectly within the overall Arabic Text (structurally and rhythmically). The complexity required to achieve this, is humanly impossible.

In my opinion, AI could not even achieve this. It was stated that if you recite this verse after each prayer, Allah will prohibit the fire of hell from touching you. Alhamdulillah, Allah is most The Most Merciful.
