Baking up crumbs we all Love Cottage Food Baker, I'm Baking up crumbs we love.

Cookies, cupcakes, Banana Bread, and more. I take orders Mon-Wed and bake on Thursday and Fridays. Pick-ups or meet ups can be arranged for local Zanesville, Ohio area as of now. I continue to Cook full time for a kitchen so times may vary.

Got some more Pumpkin Cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven they are great sharing for breakfast or a nice coffee break with friends. I have 10 today that can be picked up or dropped off if your local in Zanesville. If Newark peeps I can take to work and meet up. They are $5 each. While they last. They can be frozen, thawed in the refrigerator then warmed in a microwave and are fresh as the day they were baked.

Baking and cooking for family my Pumpkin cinnamon rolls with Maple frosting and my jalapeño bacon cheddar corn muffins to go with some chili and dogs, yummy

STEPS TO BAKING on day off:
Get up take care coffee driniking
Shower
Make omelets for breakfast
Take inventory straighten cabinets
Go store purchase items needed
Put away by FIFO order
Clean house
Feed and raise sour dough starter
Make lunch
Get all dishes washed and clean all counters
Start making Pumpkin Cinnamon rolls
Prep everything needed put eggs, butter, etc out to soften
Start the yeast activation
Add sour dough starter
Knead dough
Rise dough
Make filling
Roll dough, fill cut rolls, pan up cover refrigerate tonight
Bake in the morning after raising the dough again.
Clean up dishes and counters
Start next thing before making dinner.
Some days depending what's on the list Go volunteer at the k9 center

I will have a Fall bake sale on the 23rd and 26th of October 2026 at work and of course are available out of work as well.
So far this is the line up!
Bourbon banana nut mini loaf
Banana pudding mini cake with a creamy banana butter cream and vanilla wafers
Pumpkin spice cake with cookie butter frosting
Biscoff Butter pecan cake with cookie butter frosting and drizzle
Carrot cake with frosting
Pumpkin cinnamon roll cake with creamy frosting
Blackberry Velvet cake with blackberry frosting and chocolate drizzle
To come zucchini bead, witches fingers and dead man's toes (sugar cookies).
I have a few Buckeye brownies also.
