The Gallery at MCCC

The Gallery at MCCC Located on the second floor of the Communications Center (CM) on the West Windsor Campus of Mercer

The award-winning 1,300-square-foot gallery features the work of emerging, mid-career, and established artists. All events, including exhibitions and receptions, are free and open to the public. You are invited to become a community volunteer for The Gallery. Your contribution of two, three, four or more hours a week will help ensure continuing access to the arts through The Gallery. Today is the day! Apply for our 2027 Spring Residency Program from 9/1 - 10/31 using our CaFE link below!

We are looking for four artists (two from Mercer county and two residing outside the county) that will foster artistic exploration and collaboration. The residency is broken up into two three-week terms; term A starting on January 25 - Feb 12 and term B starting on Feb 22 - Mar 12.

Residents will have the opportunity to utilize one of the two side gallery spaces to create an exhibition or performance based project and showcase their work co-currently with another resident artist in the mirroring space.

During the residency, artists are required to collaborate with MCCC students on their project and conduct a workshop in the main gallery space.

A $350 stipend will be awarded to each resident at the end of their time with us.

We require applicants to submit a portfolio, resume, artist statement, project proposal and application fee of $35. Please contact us with any questions at [email protected].

TWO weeks until applications open for our 2027 Artist Residency.

Do you have everything ready to apply? We are asking all artists to submit a portfolio, resume, artist statement, project proposal and application fee of $35.

We are so excited to see the talent in our local community and beyond - We will be selecting TWO Mercer County artists and TWO artists from outside the county, with a $350 stipend awarded at the end of your term with us. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your practice, collaborate with our community and showcase your creative vision.

Our 2027 Spring Semester Residency at West Windsor Campus Gallery is upon us!

We are seeking FOUR artists (two from Mercer county and two residing outside the county) that will foster artistic exploration and collaboration.

Residents will have the opportunity to utilize one of the two side gallery spaces to create an exhibition or performance based project and showcase their work co-currently with another resident artist in the mirroring space.

During the residency, artists are required to collaborate with MCCC students on their project and conduct a workshop in the main gallery space.

A $350 stipend will be awarded to each resident at the end of their time with us.

The Gallery encourages interested artists of all backgrounds and experience to submit an application. Applications will be reviewed based on artistic merit, project feasibility, and potential for student engagement. MCCC students, faculty, and staff are diverse; we strives to be inclusive and equitable, which is critical to our education mission. MCCC strives to embrace difference, adapt to change, and make scholarly contributions to the community at large. We aims to create supportive and inclusive learning environments where individual differences are understood, respected, appreciated, and recognized as a source of strength.
