With 83 days to go, we highlight a dynamic punt return from Marquis Maze in 2011 against Arkansas. Early in the third quarter, Maze caught a punt on the Alabama 17-yard line, surveyed the situation, picked up his blockers and ran the punt back 83 yards for a touchdown.

On day 84, we highlight the very first catch by wide receiver Ryan Williams in the 2024 season opener against Western Kentucky. Williams caught a pass from quarterback Jalen Milroe that went 84 yards for a touchdown. He would finish the day with 2 catches for 139 yards and 2 touchdowns.

On today's countdown, we start the eighties with another great play against Tennessee. In 2013, Alabama safety Landon Collins picked off quarterback Justin Worley, stays inbounds and runs it back for an 89-yard pick six.

06/07/2026

For day 90, we go back to 1987 against Tennessee where Freshman QB Jeff Dunn threw a 90-yard touchdown pass to Pierre Goode on the way to 41-22 victory in an upset of the #8 ranked Vols.
