It doesn’t get much closer than this!

Jon and Eli Gutierrez faced John Chapman and George Repine in the 2026 Colorado State Open Doubles final, with the tiebreaker tied at 14-14 and everything coming down to one final rally.

The Gutierrez brothers came up with some incredible gets to keep the rally alive before eventually putting it away to capture the championship!

🏆 Chicago takes home the 2026 USHA Midwest Junior Cup!
More than 30 juniors from Chicago, Kansas City and St. Louis came together at the BMAC Handball Courts in St. Louis over the weekend for the 2nd Annual USHA Midwest Junior Cup, where juniors represent their city in a team scoring event!
After St. Louis captured the inaugural Cup last year, Chicago came out on top this time with strong performances throughout its lineup to bring the Cup home.
Kansas City’s Anthony Mendez was the individual standout, slamming the Small Ball and Big Ball divisions!
It was awesome to see so many young players from across the Midwest competing, having fun and representing their cities on the court.

What a weekend at the 75th USHA Three-Wall Nationals!

- Sean Lenning wins his 15th USHA National Three-Wall Open Singles title

- Mikaila Esser completes the three-peat in Women’s Open Singles

- Three straight days of battling the rain — and every match was still completed outdoors!

- An exciting return of talented and energetic junior players to the Three-Wall Nationals

- Tremendous hospitality, as always, from the Toledo Handball Club

- And most importantly, another great weekend with the handball family!

The Three-Wall Nationals is always special, and this year was no different. A huge thank you to the Toledo Handball Club and all of the tournament volunteers who worked tirelessly to make it happen.
