Week #2. Ps- oval windows were designed by people who hate tilers...

Week #2 of "how did I get talked into these jobs" so this week I channeled my inner brick laying mason (big shout out to these guys and gals, this work ain't easy!)
Client gave me a Chat GPT mock up photo of a brick bathroom wall....... dramatic pause............ and here we have it..... all bricked up.

What the room looked like before Venetian plaster

Well..... 4 long days......5 gallons of Venetian plaster, 125 sanding discs and multiple bandaids and blisters on top of blisters....... but the end result is pretty amazing. Genuine Venetian plaster, hand troweled, sanded and burnished with a stainless Steel trowel to polish the surface. This one had me gased...... but the results....... phenomenal 🤩🫶🏼

Most "murals" don't need to take up an entire wall ceiling to floor.....sometimes a few well placed oversized objects (like leaves) can be even more impactful painted with the right shades to match the esthetic .. 👌🏽👩🏼‍🎨
