Buffalo Soldiers Museum is a community-supported volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) charitable, nonprofit corporation, and is dedicated to the preservation, education and presentation of the Military history. The museum's mission is to educate, preserve and present American military history and community partners with public schools in teaching history and government.

SUMMER TIME – COMMUNITY BUILDING EVENTS
Education is at the center of the museum's mission. Staff work closely with public schools and design exhibits around timelines, primary sources, and hands-on learning. The goal is to help students connect historical events to their own lives and understand their importance within the larger American story. Support our work for these events, funds are used for our educational programs.
