Unfortunately, this isnโ€™t only happening to me. Iโ€™ve seen fellow tattoo artists have their identities and work stolen by scammers doing the exact same thing. Always double-check the username, booking process, and account before sending anyone money.

You may remember seeing pieces of this Texas leg sleeve along the wayโ€ฆ but I never actually showed you the finished result. ๐Ÿค 

For this project, he already knew exactly what he wanted the overall theme to be and gave me a list of Texas elements he wanted incorporated throughout the leg. From there, he gave me full creative freedom to figure out the layout, placement, and how everything would flow together as one complete sleeve.

This is actually how a lot of my larger projects come together. My clients bring me the elements, ideas, and details that are important to them, and we collaborate from there. You donโ€™t have to have the entire tattoo designed in your head before reaching out โ€” that part is my job. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซก

And this is what we ended up creating for his Texas-themed leg sleeve โ€” now fully finished and HEALED. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

Bringing the wizarding world to life one session at a time ๐Ÿช„โšก๏ธ

I started building this Harry Potter sleeve back in March, completely custom designing it around a couple of tattoos that were already on the arm. Working with the space I had available, I created each section to connect and flow around the existing pieces while still making the sleeve feel cohesive as a whole.

Most of the work youโ€™re seeing here is healed, with only a couple of sections still fresh from our most recent session. I love being able to show how everything has settled into the skin as weโ€™ve continued building the sleeve over time.

So why the wolves? ๐Ÿบ

When my client came to me with this idea, she didnโ€™t come to me asking for specific imagery. She came to me with her story.

She told me about the bond she shares with her daughter, how close the two of them are, how much her daughter loves animals, and the journey sheโ€™s been on with sacrifice, personal growth, and becoming closer to her faith.

She gave me creative freedom with how I interpreted those things, and I chose a mother and younger wolf to represent the two of them. Wolves have such a strong connection to family, loyalty, and protection, and it felt fitting for the relationship she described to me.

Funny enough, when I first showed her the concept, the wolves completely surprised her. ๐Ÿ˜† She ended up looking more into their symbolism afterward and told me she loved the idea even more once she understood the meaning behind them.

And thatโ€™s something I really love about custom work.

Creative freedom doesnโ€™t mean I just come up with whatever I want and you have no say in it. ๐Ÿ˜‚ It means you bring me your vision, your story, and what you want your tattoo to represent. I ask questions, get to know the meaning behind it, and when you give me room to be creative, I find a way to turn those pieces of your story into something visual.

Itโ€™s always a collaboration. ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป
