Do you love history? We do! And we love sharing our museum’s special connection with the settling of Quakers here in Salem, their involvement in the Underground Railroad and our connection to the west coast fruit industry.

It is easy to be a volunteer. We give you a script to follow, we start you slow, letting you listen to our experienced volunteers, till you feel comfortable. Monthly meeting attendance is not mandatory but we welcome everyone.

The pay is lousy, but the people we meet are priceless. So stop by any Sunday or contact us! We’d love to have you join our team of history lovers.
