‼️Alright yall, as you know my omtech laser engraver has not been working (yet again) since MARCH. I've had issues with the machine since I bought it 4 years ago... I've been going back and forth with them, bought a lot of new parts only for it to not fix the problems I'm having. I've posted on the support groups and people are not really helping, just being snarky. Omtechs "facetime" techs keep telling us parts to buy, and we do, and then they dont even fix the problems. And they won't send me any parts for free for their mess up either..
Sooooo, we did extensive research and trial and error the past few weeks and now I need a new motherboard and power supply.. But, it's $550 for these 2 parts 🥲
I'm putting this out there, in hopes that I can get some orders coming through to help pay for these and fully get back to work asap!!!
