Just wanted to give a big SHOUT OUT to the Peotone Jr High School. The kids have been collecting cans for us to take to have recycled. The money we receive goes right into the Millie Renovation Fund.
This was the latest drop off. We love you kids, and thank you for your efforts.

We know you drowned your sorrows on Sunday when the Bears lost. Bag those empties and drop them off at the Peotone Mill instead of tossing. All $ goes towards the Millie Renovation Fund. 427 W Corning.

This was Friday afternoon at the Mill.
We couldn’t have done all this work, and not been totally wore out, without the major help these kids of Peotone JHS Student Council, and Taylor and a few others!

For Sunday at Old Mill Fall Fest:
Rain looks like it’s in the forecast from 11:00 am-3:00 pm.
We’re going to be open for more fun. We realize many vendors won’t want to come out with their products, but we have our very popular bake sale, and a few other vendors have baked items that won’t last and will be avail for purchase.
Our food vendors are planning on being here also at this point.
We do have two 20’ x 40’ tents that we can utilize along with some canopies for vendors for rent. And some space in the mill is avail on a first come basis.

We hope to see you there on Sunday but totally understand if you can’t make it. As for visitors, the mill will be open from 11:00-4:00 for guests.

Even with some rain, we had a fabulous Saturday night at the Peotone mill. So many friends showed up and listened to live music up until the end! Thanks to Justin & John, and Rockaholics for providing the entertainment for tonight fest!!!
